What is an Internet Royalty Title?
An Internet Royalty Title is a globally unique digital title — something like "Grand Duke of Excellent Spreadsheets" or "Supreme Commander of the Left Side of the Fridge" — registered exclusively to you in the Internet Royalty Registry. Think of it as a novelty title with an official certificate and a permanent place in the world's most absurd public record.
Is my title really unique?
Yes, completely. Our system enforces global uniqueness. The moment a title is registered, it's locked — no one else can claim that exact combination. Before you purchase, you can search our entire registry to confirm your desired title is available.
Is this a real title? Is it legally recognized?
Internet Royalty Titles are novelty and entertainment titles. They are not government-issued, legally recognized, or associated with any official authority, monarchy, government body, or professional organization. They're symbolic — which is precisely what makes them so much fun.
Can I gift a title to someone else?
Absolutely — and it makes an incredible gift. During registration, you enter the name that will appear on the certificate. That can be your name, your recipient's name, your dog's name, or your WiFi network's name. We don't judge. Once registered, the certificate is ready to share immediately. You can also choose to transfer ownership to someone else after registration.
What does my certificate look like?
Your certificate displays your full unique title and the registered name. You can customize it with hundreds of backgrounds, fonts, and colors to choose from — we are adding new customizations over time. You can change its appearance whenever you like as long as you are the owner. It's high-resolution and available for immediate download.
What's the difference between a yearly and a lifetime registration?
A yearly registration keeps your title active in the public registry for the number of years purchased. When it expires, the title becomes available again. A lifetime registration never expires — your title is permanently recorded. For gifts or titles you genuinely want to keep, lifetime is the move.
How fast is registration?
Instant. The moment your payment is confirmed, your title is registered and your certificate is ready to download. No waiting. No processing time. Just glory.
Can I send a title anonymously?
Yes — and this is one of our most popular gifting options. An anonymous title is a one-time purchase that requires no account and leaves no trace in our system. You choose the title, customize the certificate, and we deliver it directly to the recipient's email address. The certificate link is public and shareable, but no owner is recorded or linked in any way.
Anonymous titles cannot be renewed or modified after purchase — they're a sealed, permanent gift. If you want to be able to update, renew, or transfer a title later, choose a standard registered title instead.
What's the difference between a registered title and an anonymous title?
| Registered Title | Anonymous Title | |
|---|---|---|
| Account required | Yes | No |
| Owner recorded | Yes | No |
| Can be renewed | Yes | No |
| Can be transferred | Yes | No |
| Can be modified | Yes | No |
| Delivery | Profile, download, URL, registry listing | Download, URL, emailed to recipient, registry listing |
| Best for | Keeping a title long-term | One-time anonymous gifting |
Both types produce a publicly viewable certificate with a permanent link. The difference is in what happens after purchase — a registered title lives in your account and the public registry; an anonymous title lives only in the public registry and the email we send.
