4. Digital Goods and Chargebacks

All Titles and related services are digital goods. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• All sales are final.
• You will not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes based on dissatisfaction or misunderstanding.
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in Title revocation, account suspension, and potential legal action.

The Company may provide purchase records and these Terms to payment processors in connection with disputes.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued for any reason including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with the Title

This policy applies regardless of payment method.

6. Title Removal
